My specialty is training the mature adult. I combine strength training, balance, gait training, posture and fall prevention. I have trained many people of varying ages and body types. Along the way, there was a strong need to the attention of special populations such as Parkinson’s Disease, MS, post cancer care, balance and coordination issues as well as knee and hip replacements. I have tailored specialty programs to maintain an independent lifestyle.
I work one-on-one with you in your home at your pace. I often hear from clients that they are concerned because they haven’t exercised in a long time or have never been involved in an exercise program. I closely supervise every exercise and ensure safety as a priority. Every routine is tailored specifically to your needs.
